How do VIP days work?
01.
Prep Work
After submitting the VIP day request form, we will have a chat about your mini project or to-do list to ensure that everything can be accomplished.
Once you have received your detailed VIP proposal, you will be prompted to sign the contract and pay your deposit.
I will send you 3 key pieces of homework to complete. These give me all the vital information aboutyour business so I can complete my to-do list.
02.
Kick-off
Kick off day is where all the prep work pays off and the mahi starts.
I’ll tick off your to-do list, and throughout the day I will check in with you at designated times to make sure that everything is looking good and on the right track.
All you need to ensure is that you are reachable at our agreed times. You’ll have complete access to us from 10 AM - 5 PM and will be my only client that day.
03.
Sign Off
At the end of the day, I will send you your final files / links to review. You will have the opportunity to review and "sleep on it" where you will provide feedback on what has been completed.
Ok, so what if I don't complete everything agreed? The idea here is that I will only take on the task that I genuinely think that I can complete in a day. If there are things still left to do, you will have the opportunity to book in a half or another full day with me.
